Gym School Enrollment
Registration is easy: enroll online using the button above.
Enrollment is open and ongoing throughout the year, and you are welcome to join mid-session.
Once you are enrolled, your space is guaranteed for the rest of the school year, and you are automatically enrolled from session to session.
When you enroll for Session 1 2024 – 2025 your method of payment on file will be charged on Friday, August 23rd, 2024. After Friday, August 23rd, all new students will be charged the full amount of tuition at the time of enrollment.
When you enroll for Session 2 2024 – 2025 your method of payment on file will be charged on Thursday, October 25, 2024. After October 25th the full tuition will be charged at the time of enrollment.
Session 3 2024 – 2025 begins the week of Sunday, January 19, 2025, and ends on Saturday, March 22nd. Registration will be open on Monday, January 6th.
Session 4 2024 – 2025 begins the week of Sunday, March 23, 2025, and ends on Saturday, May 17th. Registration will be open on Monday, March 10th.
We offer gymnastics classes for boys and girls, ages 18 months to 17 years.
Our classes run continuously throughout the school year, with payments broken down into four sessions of two (9 week sessions) and two (8 week sessions). Enrollment is ongoing, and you are welcome to join mid-session!

We also offer tumbling classes for athletes ages 7-17 years old.
*For the safety of our athletes and our coaches, intermediate and advanced students who are new to IGS should enroll initially in a lower-level class to be evaluated.
Enrollments are processed online to maintain accurate student information, ensure the privacy of your payment information, and allows you to update any previous information entered.
Classes begin in September and continue throughout the school year. Our gymnastics classes consist of two 9-week sessions and two 8-week sessions. Enrolled students are automatically registered from one session to the next session unless we are notified otherwise. Students are welcome to join mid-session or choose a waitlist.

- Session 1: SEPTEMBER 4th TO NOVEMBER 2nd
(Monday, Tuesday & Saturday Classes – 8-week Session) (No Classes Saturday 10/12)

- Session 2: NOVEMBER 6TH TO JANUARY 13TH
(Tuesday – 9-week Session)

Thanksgiving – Closed Wednesday November 27th, Thursday November 28th, Friday November 29th, Saturday November 30th. Classes resume Monday December 2nd
Christmas Holiday – Closed Monday December 23rd, Tuesday December 24th, Wednesday December 25th, Thursday December 26th, Friday December 27th, Saturday December 28th, Monday December 30th and Tuesday December 31st + New Year’s Holiday – Closed Wednesday January 1st. Classes resume on Thursday, January 2nd
- Session 3: JANUARY 20th TO MARCH 22nd

You are welcome to enroll at any point. If you join mid-payment period, your account is prorated for the number of classes left in the payment period.
Visa, Mastercard and Discover Card are acceptable forms of payment.
We do not take American Express.
Re-enrollment: An email will be sent out prior to sessions 2, 3 and 4 regarding enrollment. Unless you notify us, your gymnast will automatically be enrolled in the next session. Should you decide to not to continue to the next session, email us at office@gymschool.com. If you do not notify us you will be charged.
Payment for each session is due 2 weeks prior to the start date.
Failure to make a payment will result in your child being dropped from the class.
All fees are non-refundable at the conclusion of the second class of the session.
Rules & Policies
Appropriate Attire
Girls should dress in shorts and a t-shirt or a leotard.
Boys are encouraged to wear shorts and a t-shirt.
No baggy clothes, buttons, zippers, socks, shoes, or jewelry should be worn.
Hair should be pulled back and out of the gymnast’s face.
Be sure your student’s personal items are marked with their name. This facility’s staff will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen.
Arrival & Pick-Up
Arrival
Arrival time is five minutes prior to scheduled class time. Class students are to remain in the viewing area until their class begins. Students are not permitted in the gym or on gym equipment other than during class participation.
Parent(s) are requested to stay in the viewing area or in their vehicle while class is in session. Gymnasts must be escorted from the parking lot to the gym and from the gym to the car. During peak times the parking lot is busy and crowded. Please drive slowly and carefully. Do not take a chance on your student running to and from your car unsupervised.
If you have additional children (that are not in class) in the building or on campus…. Please supervise them. Children who are in the building and not participating in class are not permitted to run, play ball, or do gymnastics in the waiting area.
Pick-Up
Parents are required to stay at the gym during class. Five minutes is scheduled for departure at the end of class.
All children should be escorted from the building to your car. During peak times the parking lot is crowded. Do not take a chance on your student running to/from your car.
Please take into consideration that there are students, staff, and animals on the property. Drive slowly and carefully. Thank you!
Unattended Classes
Unattended classes are not rescheduled. Gymnasts are granted credit for one unattended class per session.
To credit your account IGS requires an email showing the gymnast’s name, class, and date of the absence. IGS’s email address is office@gymschool.com. Credit incurred in Session 1 will be used for Session 2, incurred in Session 2 will be used for Session 3, and incurred in Session 3 will be used in Session 4. Credit incurred in Session 4 will be applied to the following September Session.
Inclement weather is not considered an unattended class. If IGS cancels the class, you will receive a credit.
Drop Policy
Classes begin in September and continue to mid-May. Our gymnastics classes consist of two 9-week sessions and two 8-week sessions. Participating students are automatically enrolled from one session to the next session unless we are notified otherwise. Students may register mid-session if there is class availability.
Parents must notify the school via email to drop a student from a class. By notifying us you will not incur a charge and will help those on our waiting list.
Please note: You are responsible for class fees until the time you notify IGS by email that your child is no longer attending. Whether or not your child attends class, you are responsible for payment until the time we are notified by email (office@gymschool.com). There are no refunds after class two of each session.
Payment Policies
When you enroll for Session 1 2024 – 2025 your method of payment will be charged Wednesday, August 23rd, 2024. Enrollees after August 23rd will be charged the full amount of tuition at the time of registration.
Enrollment for Session 2 2024 – 2025 will be charged to your method of payment on Thursday, October 25, 2024. Enrollment after October 25th will be charged the full amount of tuition at the time of registration.
All payments are made by VISA or MasterCard, via the Parent Portal. We do not accept American Express.
Re-enrollment: An email will be sent out prior to sessions 2, 3, and 4 as a reminder the next session is starting soon. Your child will automatically be enrolled unless you notify us by email. Should you wish to not continue email us at office@gymschool.com. Payments are due two weeks prior to the next session’s start date.
